*A large group esorts and elf. . .*

A large group was recently seen heading towards the kobold caves, they were accompanying an elven woman who appeared to have been caught up in a huge battle, though she was unscathed her clothes were black with burns and torn, the group was a balance of members of the Legion, the Far Scouts and the Spellweavers, they were heading into the cave to seek a key of some sort rumored to be used t activate a portal that leads to an unknown location, they all came out alive a couple days later though they were all in terrible conditions, the elf whos name was Lwyn and a spellsword known as Chaevre' seemed relatively unharmed but Chaevre' would appear as though they were extremely weary.
the kobold caves were treacherous, many traps laid about everywhere, one even so powerful that it killed Chaevre's familiar and even caused Chaevre' a good deal of harm when the mental link was so severed, the group had managed to get the key after realising that the kobolds werent going to let them have it without a fight, when it was time to leave the kobolds had regrouped in force behind their road to escape, all the adventurers were spent and could fight no more, it is said that Chaevre' took command of the group and managed to lead them to safety, she marched on the kobolds while they fired bolt after bolt of acid coated bolts from their crossbows, she laughed in their faces as the bolts bit chunks out of her flesh but seemed to cause no damage as the rest simply stopped mid air from an invisible barrier surrounding her, the kobolds fell back while the group advanced, then the obolds managed to dig themselves in and were able to fire freely on the adventurers almost killing a few in the process, Chaevre's eyes flared and the caves were cloaked in a blanket of darkness, the kobolds fired into the darkness at random not hitting anything and the group took the chance to run to safety, hours later the group was seen heading to Jiyyd. . .DM: Deathcat
