Dirago Three-Beard; The Scourge of the Sword Coast

Character Name: Dirago Three-Beard
Although only standing an impressive 3ft. 10in, this dashing, bucaneer, rogue of a Gnome will have you believing he's 10 ft. tall, as he regails you with stories of his self-proclaimed bravery, whether it's marauding the heavily defended merchant convoys on the high seas, or battling goblin-folk on the plains of Narfell. Upon closer inspection, it is easy to sea he is no stranger to battle. Various scars adourn his diminutive frame.
Most striking is his fire red beard twisted with bits of cannon fuse (which he lights in battle), into his name-sake three points.
As one might typically expect of a pirate, Dirago is draped in outrageous and gaudy jewlery (two gold hoop earrings, 3 heavy chains about his neck, and a jewel-encrusted ring on each finger). Additionally, Dirago wears a patch over his left-eye, although several "survivors" swear the patch covered his right.
Visible on his bare fore-arms are various tattoos. Most notably a sea-cove landscape with several nude mermaids "frolicking" amonst the waves.
Somewhat limited by his small stature, Dirago's weapons of choice are a well-worn Hand-axe and a jewell encrusted dagger. Although, he has been known to fight with two short-swords from time to time.
Lately, Dirago has been spotted in the land of Narfell. Whatever has driven this old sea-dawg ashore must truly hold limitless amounts of treasure, trouble… or women.
*A word of caution. Should you encounter Dirago Three-Beard, it is wise to take note that decades of sailing the sun-drenched Sword Coast, seem to baked the poor Gnomes brains... he is unpredictable at best.
