A parade of Peltarch civil servants

One crisp autumn afternoon, a group of Peltarch civil servants arrive at Talgrath's front door. They're let in shortly, then walk out, carrying boxes overflowing with maps, leather-bound books a variety of sketches and what appear to be multiple battle trophies (mostly body parts and weapons, most notably what appears to be a dagger of Thayan make). It appears the new captain has moved his things into his office.
((OOC: This is pretty much the retirement of Talgrath as a PC; I'll still be very active in the forums, giving out orders, and I'll probably jump in as Tal when he's needed/wanted or on a whim. By and large however, I'll probably start playing other characters/new characters when I have the time/inclination. Maybe someday Talgrath will return to adventuring, but for now he's mostly involved in his role as captain.))
