A messenger in search of "Jarek"

A messenger from the office of Magistrate Barrim of Peltarch arrives at the town hall for the herald of the town, asking for the man of the town known to be a resident there known as "Jarek" to make himself known by letter to himself personally (PM please).
A message is also left at the Boarshead for the personal attention of "Jarek".
The man is expected to answer by letter promptly, or emissaries of the court will be sent to his address for him to answer some questions face to face.
