After her duties have been handled, Kara is seen to place notices with alot of free room to write upon on the town board. Her handwriting is simple and readable. The notr hangs carefully with a tack hammered into the board, it requests that all members of the militia, both past, present and reservist speak up and let themselves be known for clarity and ease of contact given the recent turn of events.
