    My dearest Fadien,

    I love you more than life itself. You mean the world to me, and I feel that you deserve to know more about me and my past. But there is still so much that I need to find out for myself. I am leaving with a small group of merchants in search of my home and any signs of my past and its people. I regret not being able to find you in person and tell you all of this, but the travelers were not the most patient of people. Whether I find anything out or not, I promise you I will return to you in a few weeks. I wish I could stay, and I'll miss your bright eyes and loving smile, both of which I expect to see when I return. Keep your family safe, and keep at it with Green and Sywyn! They were made for eachother!
