TOWN NOTICE BOARD FOR ALL ADVERTS AND SIGNS
Where one would pay 20g per advertisement.
Is this still the only place to put an advertisement to sell magical items in norwick?Are there any other restrictions on selling magical items in norwick?

yes, just trash the gold or give it to a DM.
Other than that, I recommend you try and sell IG… Fight Night is usually a good audience for such things.
