Killing the fall of darkness!

llmare goes around norwick telling every druid, cleric, sorcerer, wizard and paladin that he has a masterful plan that will hopefully banish the darkness form norwick.
He tells them that he plans a massive spell Circle at the heart of the darkness in which he and as many other people that can cast light are goign to perform a circle casting of the simple cantrip light as many times as they can until everyone is out of the spell light
