In a fanciful and elaborate hand the following is posted on walls, trees and whatnot. Removed notices are not replaced.
To all ye of good heart and supporters of justice. Let it be known that one General Grag of the Legion is hereby wanted and a bounty has been placed on his capture and return to justice. Grag is wanted for the following:
- multiple accounts of murder
- multiple accounts of theft
- trespassing
- destruction of private property
Be aware this criminal is dangerous and should be approached with caution.
A bounty of no less then 20000 pieces of gold will be given for the live capture of this most vile criminal.
It is of utmost importance this criminal be captured alive to face trial.
The prisoner is to be escorted and turned over to the Sharran Temple in Oscura who is providing an independent meeting place for the transaction.

_Scutum hands out the last handful of her lolipops to the first children that ask.
Then as an afterthought, she asks what kind of candy the old man gave them._

Scutum shares the information with her fellow hins.

(( the small children are easily found having decided to enjoy some candies. They describe a 'incredibly old' guy that smells like roses in funny clothes that gave them candy to post signs everywhere))

Scutum looks for the small children that are posting the posters to ask them who asked them to do it and get a description.

(( dragoons reports small children seem to be doing it))

Scutum visits all the Dragoons on guard duty and Drem to get a description of the one that put the posters up.

A new poster goes up

Ginger looks over Gears's shoulder, reads the poster, and snickers
Oooooh, I'm gonna have some fun with this!

Gears picks up a stray poster before the cleaning crew of Theaon and Marty get to it, reading it over with a smirk before shaking his head and muttering about "having t' hear th' story behind this one."
