A male human can be seen sitting around Oscura in populated areas and nearby stores.
His clothes look neat and rather new but otherwise he seems to be in a failing condition.
He is offering a contract of slavery, himself for two years for labor and such tasks, at a price of 1000 gold to the city of Oscura and 2000 gold for himself at the end of the contracted period.
