A new arrival in the underground city

A scrawny hin has begun to spend time in Oscura. He seems to thrive in the temple of Bane, where he meditates and prays most of his time. When he's not praying he can be seen either practising unarmed combat on the Kuo Toa or sulking in a corner not far away from the banite temple.
