With a skull under his arm, Klaz and others including Elrin, Yuna, Sy'wyn and Fadien have been seen gathering masses of food and equipment. Something about a trip to take place.

Yeveath was seen carried out from the forest by a recently arrived oath taker…his clothes torn in many places and with numerous bites dripping poison as he drew the attention of a group of spiders in order to make an escape route for the newcomer.
after crossing the gates he says "at ....least...you got...out...well" and faints.
after taking a good rest sets out to clear the area before the gates of the remaining spiders...and finds none there.he mentions to Mallan " warn thegali that the spiders to the south have gotten much stronger...and are growing in numbers. I am rather worried, I notice the signs of an invasion from those vermin, we shall keep our eyes open"

Sy'wyn is seen stumbling back into camp from the woods, his tattered cloak pulled tight around him, with new holes torn in it. His feverish look matched the occasional shake and cough coming from him, and as he stumbles on to towards the gates, you hear him mumbling "e: spiders… have gotten... trickier....."

The spiders of the Hidden Pass must have found a better source of food. The latest brood seems particularly strong.

Mists and hazy formations have been seen to be gathering in a secluded corner of the encampment. During parts of the daytime while Klaz awaits word from Katya he is tries to capture images or sounds using pieces of particular decomposed parts as links. Goblins, spiders, a skulleton skull and rags covered in blood. He encircles the selected items carefully manipulating them.
Mostly failure finds him. But he seems intent for searching on.

_::rumors around camp have been heard that the one called goblin Icky Icky was struck down and his still alive unconcious body was carried down into the earth by what some have called a shade. A very powerful creature of undead nature::
::Undead are seen almost every night once the sun goes down and seem to sprout up out of the earth right beneath folks feet as they walk through the hidden pass::
::A ghostly image seems to appear though rarely and those who have seen this image have been scared to the point of running for thier lives back to the camp::
::goblins seen in the caverns below the hidden pass?? Cannot be true. Bad enough the dead are coming back to walk among the living::
::The King, when asked about the undead being seen in the woods, Says "yes I saw them but with all the ale I was drinking. They could have been just shadows in the dark playing tricks on me with the good spirits I was drinking".::_

_As daybreak approached, six warriors emerged from the Hidden Pass. There was fear in their eyes, that was certain, and before they could utter a word, there were already rumors of what they saw in the Hidden Pass. The most popular of the rumors speak of goblin-raised elf Goblingrin sinking deep within the earth, carried by the hideous dark ghost that had been plaguing the Hidden Pass and Cove the last few weeks with his undead army.
Moreso, many of the Romani are beginning to blame Goblingrin for the latest goblin infestation within the Hidden Pass, and since the goblins are thought to be in league with the undead, the search party for Goblingrin rarely functions._

_Cotton was seen carried in from the south forest near death by Arwen into Katya's tree. After some time Cotton came out and met with several Gaje and a few Gali and set off into the deep with King Horgan to retrieve her gear.
When they returned the King passed around wine and those who made the trek spoke of the Queen spider and many undead roaming the area south.
Cotton seems to be her old self other than the fact if any speak to her about Arwen she has no idea what they are talking about. She shrugs and looks very lost when people talk of Arwen, having no clue who that person is._

Rumor spreads like fire through the Gypsy Camp of the arrival in the middle of the night of five adventurers. Heading from the Spider Woods, most were easily recognizable, the large Erok, the phoenix colored Kara, the darker fighter Talgrath. The three flanked Klaz who was toting a large tome in his arms. Following behind them was a small elf in a tattered cloak with the hood pulled low. Some would recognize him as Sy'wyn. All five headed straight for Katya's tree. Though none seem injured, they all seemed tired and worn out. Erok left the tree a short time later. Kara walked out not to long after Erok. The sound of raised voices close to an hour later gave prelude to Klaz and Sy'wyn "escorting" Talgrath from Katya's tree. The tome was no longer to be seen. Talgrath left the camp immediately, under the watchful gaze of Klaz and Sy'wyn. Sy'wyn voiced concerns of Talgrath's obsessive desire to get the tome into Zyphlin's hands before heading into the inner camp to seek some rest. Klaz returned back to the tree.

_Talgrath seems to have stormed out of the camp seeming quite unhappy about something. Klaz, seeming rather annoyed then anything else, orders to take caution with dealing with him if should he return.
Goblins have been heard to be festering down the caverns of the gypsy pass. Guts and layers of spider corpses were covering the stone floors. The so called ghouls and shades have been making their grim appearances in the same place. Wonders of the link between the three, and how the goblins and undead arrived are still being pondered. Those residing at camp are asked to help in anyway possible if they have free time.
The current plan of action for assistance is to search the forest during the night time. It is informed that a buddy is recommended on trips.
Klaz also tells of a book being recovered. He asks if anyone requests to see it, they should be declined until Katya has first reviewed it herself, and unless if they have her permission. He reminds the rule of strict respect for gaje entering. The book is not to leave Katya's house.
He mentions a note found in the cave currently held by Talgrath._

_On a happier note…
A rumor quickly spreads of a wedding having taken place at the midnight hour in he gypsy pass only a couple nights ago. Lit by the light of the moon an excited Daria and her silver haired husband Eric, were joined in marriage by Sy'wyn Blackwood. The smitten red head is seen in camp a couple days later talking excitedly about her new husband and appologizing for not inviting anybody to thier wedding because it was a spur of he moment kind of thing._

_Klaz warns people entering the forest of undead appearing in the dark. He tells of ghouls, skeletons and ravagers of pale flesh; and a ghost of death itself. Seeming rather stricken he usually tries to avoid talking about what may seem to be a reaper.
He seems to be waiting for word from Katya. Most nights he takes leave into the forest, searching for any clues._

Penny has begun spreading the word about a Drow Spider who was seen in the spider forest south of the camp recently. It and a group of spiders, some of which included cold cave spiders and a dire spider, had been terrorizing a Nymph and were threatening her tree before they were eliminated.

((I would like this thread to be about rumors of possible adventures and threats to the Gypsy Camp, with a FEW interpersonal happenings between players. If this turns into a soap opera thread or a tit-for-tat thread, I will start deleting posts.
And people from outside the camp WILL NOT USE THIS THREAD to either gain information or post how they HAPPENED to be around the camp based on posts made in this thread. So if you are not a camp member, and did not DIRECTLY witness IG something that is posted here… DO NOT RESPOND TO POSTS FROM THIS THREAD.
The Gypsy Camp is full of VERY sharp eyed people who are VERY suspicious of outsiders. Those that wander in from the Nars Pass to hang out will be watched like a hawk.
Camp members, if you post something in here, assume that all Gypsy Camp members will hear about it. So posting that no one would see something you have posted here is paradoxical.))

Upon noticing the Romani's avoidance of her, Penny simply sighs and shakes her head, continuing on with her business of retrieving spider parts for Katya's potion-making. Keen ears can hear her mumbling something about Lotus just resting her head on her shoulder and playing with her hair.
In addition, she takes notice of Zyphlin's increasing presence, and hears word of his comment about her. During one of her later walks through camp, she sees him and ducks into a shadow quickly to observe him, her presence only made known by two narrowed and glowing red eyes gazing out of the shadows in his direction.

Oreth finds reasons to avoid the gypsy pass when he sees Zyphlin there. This behaviour is quite noticeable to people who walk with him, as he will often alter course drastically on seeing him

Cotton catches Zyphlin's looks and soon takes the King aside in preparation to handle any dealings with the Gaje. Explaining to the king that if the Gaje don't like what he sees in camp and wants to cast sour looks then he need not visit.
She also tells the King her fervent displeasure of so many girl couples expressing themselves out in the open and hopes that this will not reflect poorly on her and Arwen who keep their relationship low key, much like two Romani males do in camp.
All that others might see around camp is Cotton speaking with the king, all the above information is souly between her and Horgan.

Zyphlin has been seeming to spend more time in the gypsy camp during the past few tendays, generally appearing out of some darkened corner of the treeline at night. He generally seems to sit off to the side, lost in his own thoughts, only occasionally coming over to spin a tale or pull out his yarting. When asked about the reasons for this he generally just states that he needs a quiet place at times to collect his thoughts and remember what its like outside of stone walls and that Norwick has became less the friendly lately to fulfill that purpose. He generally always comes down with different brews from the college to give as gifts to please the gyspy's and placate thier annoyances with the outsider constantly visiting. He seem's friendly enough, if not more quiet then usual. However this changes whenever cotton and arwen around, as typicially an angry or disgusted look creeps onto his face before he moves off to another area of the camp. Upon the sights of penny with lotus he shakes his head slightly, muttering about "not another one"

Since the Rom are a very sharp eyed people, they notice the behaviour and begin avoiding both White Lotus and Penny as abberations, speaking under thier breath that they must be possesed by evil creatures of unnatural lust.

Anyone with good enough vision or hearing may realise that White Lotus has been spending a lot of time either sitting very close to, or standing near Penny, running her hand through Penny's hair, though to an untrained eye, they wouldnt notice a thing
