Lamar Jard is the son of a farmer of the little town of Jiyyd. Grew up in a though land like Narfell, and after several harrass of orcs and hobgoblins, he has always dreamed to become a great warrior like the adventurers he often sees around the town's campfire.
He's still young (19) and hasn't any ability in battle, even if he shows a great familiarity with the life in the wilderness.
He has a limited knowledge, but that doesn't mean he's stupid, he just has spent all his adolescence with cows and hens, and with his father, an always-drunk farmer.His adventure begins when the father gives him some money to go to Peltarch and buy a new wheel, but he spends the money on a rapier. He decides that he would be no more a farmer, and starts his new life as an adventurer, despite his father's rage.
