Ky requests an audience with a Norwick Administrator

Ky'Amendos goes to the Great Hall of Norwick wishing to speak with whomever he can gain audience with about an issue he deems important to Norwick. He leaves word with either a Guardsman or the Herald there.
I have some information that may be important and that I feel obligated to report related to recent events. I would like to request a meeting with an Administrator to give further details
He will wait there if it will be soon or will ask that a messenger be sent to the Inn to inform him when a meeting can take place.
