Odd light...

The past few nights drunken calls from the tower the Hoarrans hold in the pass, usually along the lines of "C'mon sleepy! Wake up now! It's light out!" precede a bright light beaming out from that tower and illuminating one window in the Legion Tower specifically. It occasional dips down and away to laughter before lighting the window again.

After a week or so with no apparent response, the light stops.

((I would consider them over long bow distance. The trans makes it a little tough to judge that though, since really without the trans and no items in LOS, you could technically fire that far. It's about half a map.))
