Norwick Guards in the Nars Pass

Two very unhappy Norwick guards are seen patrolling far past the northern gates of Norwick and into the Nars Pass. They stop in front of the new Rats and Bats restaurant.

Horbag repeats the routine of giving the guards warm stew and drink, but this time round she comes out also carrying what looks like four scare crows. She fastens them to the ground and then gives them old pot and pan helmets, and fearful kitchenware weapons like rolling pins and ladles.

The Norwick guards thank Horbag for her hospitality and eagerly accept the hot stew. They remain standing near the restaurant until another shift of two guards relieve them of their posting.
