Oops, We Fixed It

Apparently, the switch to spell hooking has inadvertently fixed the "Expertise Fix" that was SUPPOSED to be implemented 18 or so months ago.
This means that any spell, ability, or item use will toggle off expertise, rather than just the few actions that used to prior to the last update. It should have been this way all along, but just giving everyone out there a heads up.
