Trouble with Eastlanders

The meeting indeed was with the Eastlanders and it did not go all to well. Though they were polite as people can be who are asking for the heads of those you love, there was most certainly an undertone of other things at work with them.
Cotton agreed to die for what the Eastlanders considered a crime against them by Klaz, Kaona and Cotton herself. They agreed to speak the terms to the other chiefs and one day would be required for a decision to be made. So the small group of gali who were allowed to be at this meeting, headed back to camp in order to wait, yet again.
The gali sat around and talked of many ideas, many possibilities, to avoid sending one to their death in order to appease the Eastlanders, that no one trusted. Hours went by of this discussion and after some time Cotton had changed her mind, keeping this to herself, just incase she really did have to make the sacrifice.
When the two Eastlander ambassadors arrived at camp to give their word from the chiefs, it got even worse.
They now spoke of a month that the gali would have to wait in order to get their real decision. The warning of any attack on their forces would be met with swift repercussion to the camp. At this and picking up even more undertones of devious things to come from them, Cotton let it be known.
She informed them of what a joke their word is after the last treaty, where they raided camp and killed many gali and literally took over for a day. How Norwick and others had to come and help the gali win their land back. Words were spoken, letting the tensions rise on both side, but the month still holds of truce.

Belade Galadon advocates fighting the bandits, and then maybe deporting them to some place without ore, or big caves, like where the orcs live now.
