Inquisitor Cecil puts out a request for an enchanter, to make a specific order.
On a masterwork heavy flail, which he notes he'll also need to order, he's requesting recommendations for a person to enchant it as heavily as possible against undead, specifically to destroy skeletons with. As he's not magically inclined, he doesn't have more specifics.
