Background:
The raid is top secret. No member of the public is to be informed about it. There will be no leaks, per the orders of the reputably harsh and iron-fisted Defender Captain Talbot and the Inquisitor, Nuwairah Zarah'kifa. What is known is that a powerful elven bard/sorcerer named Chirade wants to see the nars burn and its denizens suffer. He has made use of abandoned ruins in the far regions of the nars to create rooms filled with awful devices and death-traps. Rumor also has it that he has trapped individuals in the shadow plane, and that survivors are broken souls who have lost everything. Much has happened both publically and behind the scenes, and the time has come for the investigation team to confront Chirade. For once, it seems they have the upper hand and the element of surprise.
