Player name + forum name: hepphepIt might not be a good idea to rub butter on the peg leg of the drunken sailor taking a nap by his bottle of rum on the tavern.
It might not especially be good if he seems to be weather worn veteran with face full of scars. It might not be a good idea, but it is something that can be done and therefore rare opportunity that just could not be missed!It could have been that the sailor would have had a good humour for such a practical prank.
It could have been indeed.
On the other hand, that was not the case on this occasion. The sailor, cursing Riddans in name of the Bitch Queen and hunting him with his slippery peg leg could have been considered as a horrible situation for many, but for Riddans it was just a start for new exciting adventure. It was a sign to head towards inlands and a clear indicator that it would be good idea to not visit ports of the Inner Sea for unmentioned period of time.
It was one of the many fresh starts of adventures taken so far and situation had not even been as bad as with flying pigs on the village of Wimsworth. It was not first one, and Riddans himself would have put bet on not being last either. Someone had to be practical and find out things that others did not dare of in any case!
Riddans stepped out from the inn at Peltarch and looked around. Nearby there seemed to be gathering of adventurers and discussion about gnolls.
Surely they would be in need of The Gnollslayer!
