Strange UFO sighting

Rumors abound of a small flying boat of some sort that appeared over the ice lake suddenly late in the afternoon.
At extremely high speeds it flew over the giantspires, then back over Peltarch, at which time it turned south and flew all the way to the rawlinswood, it returned again coming north over the gypsy camp.
After doing a full circuit of narfell the mysterious flying object returns flying over the city before accelerating to supersonic speeds and disappearing again in a flash of light that is seen all over the region causing a sonic boom.
Those sensitive to the weave in the vicinity of its disappearance feel a subtle tear in the weave before everything returns to normal.
