Request for Appraisal

With all of the conversations of late around housing costs, etc, I would like to get an appraisal for 2 properties:
- Dolvak Exterminators
- Dwin's Cave in the Dwarven Hold
Since I don't have the toolset and didn't design these, I don't know how many placeables/how many squares, etc. I'd love to have an idea of those figures so that I would have an idea of how much my monthly payments on those properties would be. Is it possible to get at those numbers? (likewise, I may ask that some of the placeables be removed when I see the cost, etc.)
