From the south..
-
Yesterday, a few hours after daybreak, anyone near the howling woods (or with keen enough senses to hear that far) heard a loud and mournful howl pour from the thick forest. "rrRRARNUL!!!!"
minutes later, and for hours that followed, the sound was accompanied by the piercing shriek of countless broken goblins and the pitifully high pitched whelp of dying wolves.
Slowly that night, Ghorag entered with a fresh layer of blood upon his armor, and sat far from the fire, gnashing teeth and speaking to no one.
A collection of elves seemed to gather, as Ghorag, barely noticing, mourned the loss of his Hero in silence.Silent, until one figure approached and asked him to help to slay a few Orcs.
Ghorags head pounded, flooded with emotions he could not understand. He flared his nostrils and glared at the figure, speaking only one word that night. Beating his chest hard he curled his lip in rage and barked 'Ghorag' looking hatefully into his eyes, and spitting violently on the ground..He headed back out the south gate, shaking his head and has not been seen since.
