I have had occasion to both RP and fight alongside Raul. I get the sense also of a well-rounded character, and I think they will be an even better player/character as time goes by.

Not sure how much pull I have, seeing as how I am not a citizen myself, But I have RP'd with Raul as well, and he was very good at what he does. His RP skills were very good, and I would say he is an awesome addition to this community.
My Vote is to give the kid a token.
