Tornar was born as most dwarves were with a love of battle fine ales, and a heart to the forge, Over years of his childhood he trainned under a former General Granar He taught how to fight how to fuction as a unit and how a good attack can make, with this knowledge and the trainning of Battle tactics he quickly advance through the ranks of his legion he was assigned all the way to Lieutenant
One day King Rari Of the Lower Planes and his orc army with the accoumany of Suz of the goblins and Largebottoms of the Stone giants together tried to take the mountain…..
A Glorius battle, long and hard was it fought in on the peak of the mountains....when a rockslide happened tossing Tornar and many others down some manage to escaped some did not as for Tornar a Giant got his gfoot on his back as he was being dragged out nearly crushing his spine.
IT took him many years to recover the wound did not fully heal but mentally he was never the same...he wanderered and wanderered the Keeps months and months appearing only for food, and rest.
He hated the pity from his kin, hate seeing them take to the defense of the mountain without him....it broke a piece of his heart each time he was left out of his legion.....
....Alll seemed lost until one day hidden deep within the caves and mines he found old Ruins and a small nest of bats. one even spoke to him after reading these ruins aloud....he decided...to figure out what they mean and what they are for...so he got his kin to gatherer information on these ruins .
From ruins came to Arcane and from Arcane came to more...after a long 70 years of trainning hard...he decided...to do what he feared to do....step out of his keep.
Over many voyages he found his way to Norwick...
