Word spreads quickly of a speach that Corde gave some days ago in Arnath. Rumors and talks of it goes through the city quickly.
People of Arnath, today is a grand day. For so long the surface has been one hostile area after another. However, today is a different day. Today we, the city of Arnath, have staked a claim on the surface so that those of us that may travel abroad for small times will have a place of safty where they may go to act as themselves.
The Lucky Ferret, in the Dock Districts of Peltarch, is now property of Arnath and the Tribunal. In coming tendays we will be hosting events there to provide entertainment and funds to enhance our own city. We shall take the money from those that spit on us above and turn it into prosperity for our city!
So to all our citizens, go forth. Enjoy the bar and its many wonderful drinks, its cheap but good food, its halls of gambling and arena where you may train and battle however you wish. Today is a proud day for Arnath and will lead to many great things ahead.
Our plans for this bar is not finished, and i promise you in the coming months you will find that this purchase is even greater for our city then it even now seems.
