Aramuil Sets Up Some Equipment

For the past few days Aramuil has been setting up some equipment in the northern hills; claiming to wish to observe some "interesting upcoming star formations". If asked why he is setting up here, he exclaims that it is "Too blasted bright" in Norwick to do the observation.
