Construction in the Nars.

_As the next night passes and a new day dawns, construction of some kind of building on the hill opposite to Sam's hill appears to be taking place. Both skilled craftsmen and knights in the livery of Kelemvor are seen moving throughout the work-site. A small campsite for the workers also appears to have been setup nearby on the hill, for the night-time.
Whatever it is, the site appears to be extremely well guarded._
