"Star spend some of each day at moment walking between southern Nars towns and clean up mess left by crafters. Picks dropped in road, wood left to rot beside tree and so on. Star have no say in what stupid crafters who use peltarch hall to craft do, but she not want to find out that Gali or Rom crafters leave this mess around. Only cut or mine what you need. Always leave the wild places tidy when leave them. This notice is only warning. Star see Gali crafters act like orc or goblin and destroy beauty pf places she walks then she deal with it her way.
