A strange gnome

A strange gnome has been seen recently in Arnath. He speaks undercommon and some other odd gnomish dialect. He is seen with broken gems, ruined pieces of art and vials that supposedly hold the blood of his recent victims. He mostly keeps to himself, but on occasions will find an out of the way place, dig a hole, and bury those ruined gems and pieces of art, pouring the vials of blood on top.
