::It appears that Shallyah's priorities have shifted, and she has decided to not attend these meetings any further, standing watch at Nars bridge instead, clad in her battlegear, possibly because that is where she belongs. Instead, she left a document with some ideas for rescuing civilians::
Civilians
Several plans have been discussed, and it appears some groups are already managing to extract some civilians.
I've thought of yet another plan to use or not at convenience. Plan has two main phases, and requires team of at least ten warriors divided in two teams of two melee capable fighters, one scout, one cleric and one spellcaster. Teams are North Team and South Team.
While most goblinoids can see ably in darkness of night, time for this first phase of operations would still be at night, preferibly during full moon so our men can also have some natural visibility. Phase two would be carried at dawn, some days after phase one.
Phase one
Preparation
Only scouts and mages would take part in this part of plan. They must prepare spells and trinkets capable of making them invisible, creating magical darkness, or increasing their running speed. Mage has choice to either prepare blasting spells, or polymorph into large creature capable of carrying kegs invisibly. Scouts must have studied beforehand guard habits in both north and south walls, time of guard shifts, and sections of wall which are least watched than others.
Execution
Scouts would be first to approach walls during night in stealth, and if possible invisible as well, using previously gained knowledge to lead spellcaster as close to wall as possible. They would then use whatever means they carry to create breach in wall as wide as possible.
North Team would detonate first, South Team would act exactly one minute after they hear North Team's explossions. Both teams must immediately leave area in stealth and invisible after their own detonation. Reason why North Team acts first is because North wall is fair distance from barracks and any point with high concentration of hostiles. Few sentinels aside, by time hostile forces get to North wall, second explossion in south will alarm them, and create certain chaos and stress where goblinoids will not know what's going on.
When they see nobody stood to fight in north wall, they'll likely think that north breach was fake to launch real attack from south, and most will head south to new explossion. By then, South group will also have had enough time to retreat safely. South group will find shelter in María's tower while north group will be safe once they reach pass bridge, where our forces would be awaiting there. It is recommended for members of north team to use horses in their retreat.
Phase two
Preparation
With phase one complete, it is to expect that goblinoids would seek to repair breach in wall. It is very likely that they will put civilians to do hard work of moving rocks, piling them and working on reparations. It is also likely that there will be some bugbears watching them, whip or axe in hand, but this offers great opportunity to have couple of large groups of civilians concentrated in small space near walls, with their freedom just few yards away. Phase two has to be carried in window from three to seven days after phase one.
Day before strike, allied forces must send cart with kegs to Norwick. These kegs will be filled with fine ale or other fine alcoholic beverages, and have note stating honest apology for breaching their walls, but as this is warfare, some militaristic maneuvers are being carried out, such as they did and still do themselves. Beverage in kegs would ideally be something that goblinoids delight, but have not easy access to. These kegs are not to be poisoned. This must be very clear. Besides, they would test it with Norwick's civilians before drinking it themselves, so morales aside, it would be pointless.
Execution
Next day to keg delivery with first lights of dawn, and as soon as civilians are put to work, two teams will strike again, in same order as before, coordinated to hit one after another. First North Team would act with all its members, and then South Team, but this time with only thirty second delay rather than one minute, as this time they would find pattern in modus operandi of allied forces and might reach south wall in shorter time.
If bugbears feasted on heavy alcoholic gift, their reaction times and aim will be deficient, most of them being smashed, with headache and other incapacitations. Allied forces must take advantage of this to rescue civilians, not to fight goblinoids. Focus is to save civilians. When time for fighting comes, there will be fighting. It is important that allied forces conserve honor in warfare and not take advantage of any goblinoids that are not in fighting condition to slay them. Again, this is maneuver to rescue civilians. It is recommended usage of incapacitating spells such as Hold Person, Confussion or Fear. It is acceptable and necessary to fight in self-defense, especially against foes who aren't under effects of alcoholic beverages, incase they chose not to drink them afterall. North Team must be also aware of duergar, and keep civilians away of their crosshairs as possible. Both teams must have means to provide Invisibility Sphere and Mass Haste spells to their groups and civilans, ideally mages, but spellcrystals can also be used for Invisibility Sphere. Allied forces must then escort civilians to safe points mentioned in phase one. María's tower for South Team, Nars bridge for North Team.
Goal
Target of this mission is to extract number between fifty and two hundred civilians back to safety unharmed. Allies should engage in combat minimally during second phase of plan, and always look to preserve theirs, and their allies lives, not to take hostile ones.

I am finalizing assault plan on Norwick when time to retake it comes. Some details need still be filled, I will send it when it is ready. Find me either in Peltarch or Nars bridge, should I be needed for anything.
